Cancellation Policy

Rental times can vary, but it is a maximum of 3 hours. Pricing is negotiable after the allotted time frame. Once a date has been finalized, specifics of brands/products will be decided on by both Shortleaf Brewing and renter. To cancel or reschedule, two weeks notice minimum must be given for a full refund. No refund will be given after this time period. If rescheduling, reschedule date must be available for a full refund. No deposit amount will be refunded if no date is selected prior to 14 days. Cancellation must be sent to winghaven@shortleafbeer.com With the exception of the draft trailer only rental, all options will include a bartender ($100) and bar setup charge/licensing fee ($250) on top of the rental fee. Full service fee(s) must be paid prior to deliver and will be billed no less than one week prior to event. Power supply not included - Generator available for $100. Free delivery and pickup within 25 miles, $1.00/mile after. Additional bartenders may be staffed depending on the number of guests at your event ($100 / bartender needed). $300 / hour added onto the 3 hour maximum. Please inquire for all-inclusive packages.
