We are seeking a dynamic and multifaceted professional to join our team as a Beverage & Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating unforgettable experiences through expert bartending, strategic social media management, and seamless event coordination. Responsibilities:
Bartending (50%) :
Showcase your expertise on our craft beer by being knowledge of and serving our exceptional selection of craft brews, elevating the overall beer experience for our patrons.
Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality beverages, including cocktails, wines, liquors, and more to create a unique and enjoyable bar experience.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards.
Foster positive relationships with patrons, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers both online and offline to build a loyal customer base.
Social Media Management (25%):
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
Create engaging and shareable content, including captivating visuals and compelling captions, to promote events, drink specials, and the overall brand image.
Event Coordination (20%):
Coordinate and execute private events, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute larger-scale events, including promotional and seasonal activities.
Administration (5%):
Maintain accurate records of data sets from our website, social media platforms, and customer feedback to curate new content and planning.
Collaborate with management to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve beverage offerings, menu development and event strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bartending and mixology, with a strong understanding of beverage trends.
Social media management experience, with the ability to create and execute effective content strategies.
Demonstrated success in event coordination and planning, from small private gatherings to large-scale events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
